Christmas Day 2018

Christmas morning the kids woke up about 8 AM to see what Santa brought them. We opened presents and then had a big breakfast. Later that evening Gammy, Gdad, Aunt Kelly, and Uncle Jared came to have dinner with us and stayed a few days in Florida.

Opening gifts from Gammy & Gdad

The kids went and spent the night at Gammy and Gdad's condo on Navarre beach. 

They also went hiking in Mary Esther. 

Christmas Eve 2018

On Christmas Eve we went to the service put on by our church. They rent out the Sanger theater in downtown Pensacola, which is an older, ornate theater. After the service we grabbed some dinner down town and then went back home to open gifts 'with' Fat Kat!

Since we did not travel for Christmas and Fat Kat couldn't make it down, we celebrated and opened gifts together via FaceTime.

Aubrie and her BFF had a spend the night a few days before Christmas to exchange gifts. We made sugar cookies to decorate and had peppermint hot chocolate. 

They got bored after decorating about 4 cookies. What am I supposed to do with the rest?!?

Christmas with the Hills!

The Saturday before Christmas, Nana and Papa came down to celebrate with us. Drew and I both had work the day after Christmas, and with the kids older, we really like to spend Christmas morning at home. So, we were so thankful they came to down to see us instead! We spent the whole day together opening & playing with presents, eating, and playing board games!
