Along with our MOMs Club group the kids and I took a tour of the local Mellow Mushroom Pizza Restaurant. I was so proud of Jackson for speaking up during the tour and asking/answering questions during the tour. He is slowing starting to come out of his shell. The kids got to walk through the restaurant and see the the assembly line where the pizzas are made, the giant dish washing machine, the walk in refrigerator/freezer, and my personal favorite the huge keg cooler (see the last photo). They also got to play with pizza dough and watch how the guys threw the pizza dough in the air. Then last, but not least we got to enjoy a yummy lunch!
